    Effective exercises for ripped abs

    The cardio machine is not going to help you develop abs. At the same time, doing several crunches a day will not help either. You need a full workout that involves stretching all the important muscles in your body. You need to focus more on weights and circuits. By increasing your muscles, you will be able to burn more fat. You must decrease the time you spend on cardio and concentrate on doing weights three or four times a week.
